Cancellation Policy

Ecco Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We strive to provide the absolute best services to each guest and give ample time to do so. If, for any reason, you cannot make your scheduled appointment we kindly request a 24 hour cancellation or modification notice.  In the event a 24 hour notice is not provided you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment if we cannot fill the time slot with another guest. All no cancel, no show guests will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Late Arrivals

We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it within the time allotted for you, OR reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.

Service Adjustments

If you have any issue with your service or results, please contact us within 7 days to schedule an adjustment. Our stylists are talented, highly trained, and hard-working professionals, and we all want you to love your hair! Services can not be refunded once rendered, but your original stylist will be happy to adjust your cut or color at no charge if something feels off. Only your original stylist knows what was discussed in your consultation, what color formulas were applied, or which cutting techniques were used, and so only your original stylist can perform a free adjustment. 

Product Returns

Products that are at least 2/3 full may be returned within 30 days from purchase date.
