How to Book Your Wedding Services

At Ecco Salon our Wedding Coordinator, Alex is here to assist in making sure your wedding day runs as stress-free as possible! She will be your main point of contact throughout the scheduling process and is alway happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. To get started contact us to Alex’s attention with the following information:

  • Your wedding date
  • The number of guest that are in your wedding party
  • Which stylist you would like to do your hair. (If you don’t have a stylist in mind, no worries, we will make some appropriate suggestions for you.)

Upon receiving your inquiry, Alex will respond with information in regards to availability for the day and stylist you’ve requested along with our Bridal Party Contract and Bridal Party Information form. We do require the contract, deposit and information form to be returned before we are able to schedule your services.

The Bridal Party Contract is an agreement that lists a few request from the salon for the day of your wedding, along with our cancellation policy and deposit agreement. Ecco Salon asks for a deposit of $150 for wedding parties involving more than four (4) services. All appointments may be changed or cancelled up to two weeks prior to the wedding day. If any changes and/or cancellations are made after the required two weeks notice, your full deposit will be forfeited.

The Bridal Party Information form allows you to list your information along with the names of everyone in your party and what services they’re requesting. This provides us a point of reference when booking your party’s appointments.

Bridal Trial Appointments

Recommended: 4-6 weeks before the big day.

We strongly recommend that every bride has a trial style before her big day. This experimental session is an opportunity to discuss with your stylist your hair style and ideas you have to enhance your own personal style. We also recommend a trial for brides who are receiving a make up application on the day of their wedding. The best time to schedule your trial is about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. A lot brides actually schedule their trial around their last dress fitting so they’re able to see the final look come together.

Preparing for Your Trial Appointment

  • Updo trials take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Make up trials take about 1 hour. Please make sure you allow enough time on your appointment day so you don’t feel rushed.
  • Wash and blow dry your hair the night before or the morning of your trial appointment. This allows your natural texture to be exposed so the stylist has an idea of the best way to style your hair.
  • Feel free to bring along photos. Lots of them! Pinterest is a wonderful source of inspiration.
  • Not sure what you want? Bring a photo of your dress. This can help inspire and provide your stylist a sense of your personal style. This also helps with guiding the updo right for you and your dress’ neckline.
  • Bring your headpiece. Your veil or hair piece can completely transform your hairstyle. It’s very important for your stylist to know where she’s going to attach your veil if you are going to be wearing it all night.
